Klum's Kids Create Self-Portraits With Shaved Hair

Supermodel Heidi Klum will always have a reminder of how her sons looked before she shaved off their long hair - they created self-portraits usingtheir chopped locks.

The proud mum has been grooming Henry, six, and four-year-old Johan's hair for years and was upset when the boys announced they wanted to try a new shorn look this summer (11).

She shaved their heads with clippers during a family sailing vacation in Italy, but kept hold of the hair - and now she's glad she did, because the boys have created a special keepsake for mum.

(But) I just took the clippers and 'bzzzzz' sheared it all off; it waslike shearing a sheep

Appearing on Thursday's (29Sep11) Ellen DeGeneres Show in America, Klumexplained, "I've been grooming and combing and conditioning this hair...Mama loved the long hair. "(But) I just took the clippers and 'bzzzzz' sheared it all off; it waslike shearing a sheep...

But we didn't throw the hair away and we made arts and crafts with it...

We paint a lot, so they painted their faces andthen we just kind of glued the hair around it.

HEIDI KLUM's legs

HEIDI KLUM's legs may have been insured for more than £1.1 million in 2004, but - although they look equally perfect to us - they were not both equally valuable, it seems.

"I didn't personally have them insured, but a client of mine did," she told Showbiz Spy. "Basically, I was in London, and I had to go to this place where they check out your legs. They would look at them and I had one scar here from when I fell on a glass, so this [left leg] isn't as pricey and this [right] one."

Klum joins David Beckham, whose legs are reportedly insured for more than £40 million, and legendary dancer Cyd Charisse, whose legs were reportedly insured for $5 million by MGM in 1952 - making them the most valuable in the world at the time.Read more
