Rimes Ends Weightloss Feud With U.s. Tv Star Over Drinks

Country singer Leann Rimes has ended her feud with the TV presenter who sparked debate about her apparent weightloss after joining her for a drink.

Giuliana Rancic upset the Blue singer last month (Aug11) when she suggested the newlywed was looking too thin during an interview with TheHuffingtonPost.com.

Her remarks prompted bloggers and tabloid reporters to take a closer look at Rimes' frame, and led to stories suggesting the singer had an eating disorder - claims the young star has denied.

The two women then exchanged barbs online before Rancic suggested they meet up for cocktails.

That get together took place on Tuesday (04Oct11), and now the feuding females are fast friends.

Rancic tells E! News, the show she fronts, "I'm happy we finally got together and put this whole fiasco behind us. We had a really nice time andI hope to see her again soon".

And Rimes took to Twitter.com on Wednesday (05Oct11) to let her followers know the feud between her and the TV presenter is over, by tweeting Rancic, "So amazing to talk to you over drinks. I adore you! You are beautiful and we were meant to meet for a reason".

LeAnn Rimes would 'love' to start a family with husband Eddie Cibrian.

Eddie has two sons with ex-wife Brandi Glanville, who he was still married to when he began romancing LeAnn.

Singer LeAnn and Eddie wed in April, and she's now announced they would like to have children at some point.

'They are awesome,' the star told Country Weekly magazine of Eddie's kids. 'And it does make me want to have a child eventually. I enjoy being a stepmom and I'd really love to have a child of our own, but we'll see.'

For now, LeAnn is enjoying spending time with Eddie's sons.

Eddie Cibrian has confessed that he constantly gives wife LeAnn Rimes 'fashion advice'.

Northern Lights actor Eddie and country music singer LeAnn wed in April this year. The couple share a lot with each other, including tips on what to wear when they are putting together outfits.

"I give her fashion advice all the time," Eddie told E! Online at Monique Lhuillier's recent runway show.

LeAnn does not snub her husband's suggestions. The pair embrace each other's tastes in clothes.

"We both have [given each other fashion advice]," LeAnn said. "I think if we get each other's approval, that's all that matters."

Eddie definitely approves of his wife's style sensibility. Although the media has been vocal about LeAnn's new look in recent months, Eddie does not see what all the fuss is about.

"I'm not sure why [LeAnn was being criticised for her looks]" Eddie said recently. "I think she looks great."
