Gwyneth Paltrow's Fishy Anti-Aging Secret

Want skin like Gwyneth Paltrow? Get ready to eat a lot of salmon.
In her latest GOOP newsletter, the 39-year-old superstar revealed that she's a big fan of Dr. Nicholas Perricone, a celebrity dermatologist who tells clients to eat the Omega 3-rich fish twice a day (even for breakfast!).

According to Paltrow's interview with the doc, wild salmon not only acts as a "natural anti-depressant," but it also keeps skin young and radiant. His other "superfoods" include dark leafy greens (which helps protect against UV damage), extra virgin olive oil and pinot noir. read more at Us magazine
