Five Star Alliance Client Reviews - The Ritz Hotel
Joe L. Winter 2011
"The Ritz in London was spectacular. Great location, rooms were exceptional. Only thing I would change is the room keys. Every hotel uses credit cards and the Ritz has a large key that must be returned whenever you leave the room."
